David focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. During the course of his career, he has litigated a myriad of commercial disputes including defending against class action suits, non-competes and other employment suits, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, government and internal investigations, acquisition-related and various additional deal-related litigation, and board and shareholder-related disputes. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, he served in commercial litigation as well as business and securities litigation at nationally leading firms.
While enrolled at Columbia Law School, David was involved in the mediation clinic, serving as a mediator for small claims courts in Manhattan and for a private nonprofit organization. Additionally, he served as editor on the Columbia Law Review.
Represented multiple interrelated transportation agencies in complex litigation with dozens of insurers, excess insurers and insurance syndicates related to damage from Hurricane Sandy.
Represented various athletes on behalf of their insurers.
